If we are removing the old drywall and bringing it down to studs, it could take us around 2 weeks. Each project is unique, but we would determine the time needed in our final meeting.

It can take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks to complete a basement renovation, however this will depend on the scope of the work and the size of the space. A schedule will be provided in our final meeting prior to commencing the project.

We encourage our clients to work with our preferred electricians, plumbers, and sheet metal trades as they have been with us for a long time and we all work cohesively together. 

Yes! We can assist from start to finish on additional space to your property. Depending on the project, we would have our preferred Engineer or Architect visit your home and assess the space. Our team will take care of the project from design to completion, scheduling all our trades and inspections.

Our estimates are Free for any basic renovation. If we need to include the interior designer and/or engineer for a project such as an addition or full re-design of the home; there could be a cost associated for their time on plans. This would be determined based on the scope of work needed.

Yes! We warranty our work for a year and materials are dependant on the manufactures. When it comes to our tile, we work with Custom Building Products, and they guarantee the products for life.

We take care of any clean-up and debris. If it is a large project, we will have a bin on site for the majority of the project. If it's a smaller job, we haul it away and dispose of it on your behalf. Please note, this is still a renovation and dust could settle up to 3 days upon completion. 

Of course!  Our designers have brochures, cabinet samples, flooring samples, countertop samples etc. on hand. If you are looking for different options than the big box stores, let our designers know!

Yes, we work with local Windsor-Essex County restoration companies that would be able to come to your home and take care of waterproofing of the basement.
