EXPERIENCED CARPENTER - RENOVATIONS (Lead Carpenter)

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. 

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on renovation experience, strong leadership abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

    •    Complete residential and/or commercial renovation carpentry work to a high standard

    •    Interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications

    •    Lead and coordinate on-site work crews when required

    •    Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule

    •    Maintain quality workmanship and job site organization

    •    Collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Qualifications & Requirements

    •    Minimum 10+ years of carpentry experience, with a strong background in renovations

    •    Proven ability to work in a high-paced environment

    •    Leadership and crew supervision experience

    •    Strong understanding of framing, finishing, and renovation practices

    •    Carpenter’s ticket/certification is considered an asset

    •    Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

    •    Must be able to pass a police clearance/background check

    •    Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
